I have enjoyed the peace, tranquility and excitement of living on the water in both floating homes and on a boat for a number of years and as a result have a wealth of experience and knowledge to share with my clients. I find that the majority of people who gravitate to float home living are curious, adventurous and free spirited individuals who can think and live outside the box.

I began my Real Estate career in 1985 specializing in Floating Homes and residential Real Estate in the Lower Mainland and the Fraser Valley. I take great personal satisfaction from helping my clients achieve their goals. I appreciate the importance of the decision to buy or sell a home and I handle each transaction with genuine concern.
